You can find us at Plot No. 17 on Cimmco Lines in Birla Nagar. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. The business is run by a small group of us who grew up around here. We deal with various supplies and materials that local tradespeople need. Our warehouse isn't the most organized place in the world but we managed to find what we need eventually. We don't believe in having a big fancy office with air conditioning. We’d rather be out on the floor where the stock is. The area of Birla Nagar is quite busy and there is always noise from the other shops and the traffic. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to us for twenty years. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. Usually, someone just tells a friend to come see us. We try to keep our prices fair so people come back. Sometimes the shipments are late and we have to apologize to our customers. It’s just part of the business. We work hard from morning until the sun goes down. It’s a practical life and it suits us just fine. We don't have any big plans to expand or move. We like our little corner of Cimmco Lines. It’s where we belong and where we know the people. We just keep the doors open and do our work as best as we can.
