We set up here in Oakwood Estate because it seemed like a decent spot in DLF Phase 2. The office is in B-94, and it is where we handle the day-to-day stuff. It is mostly just us dealing with phone calls and making sure the orders get sent out on time. We focus on plant-based products because it's something we actually care about personally. It started out quite small and has stayed that way for a while. The room gets a bit messy with paperwork and sample boxes sometimes. Gurgaon is a busy, loud place, but this corner of Phase 2 is actually fairly quiet most days. We aren't some big corporate group with a lot of layers. It is just some regular people working on something we actually use in our own homes. It isn't always easy keeping everything in stock, especially with how the supply lines get messed up lately. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to track things down. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just have to wait around to finish the logs. It's just part of the routine. We don't do much fancy stuff here. We just want to make sure people can get their vegan items without too much of a fuss. People often call us up to ask if we have specific things in the back. If we have it, we'll tell you. It feels like a small operation.
