The Ginger

The Ginger is located over in Gurgaon, at House No-125 in Om Vihar. We are in Palam Vihar Extension, right behind ITM University. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays a bit quieter than the main city roads. I spend most of my time here at the house, looking after things. It’s a simple building, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the rest of Gurgaon. We called it The Ginger just because it sounded right at the time. My day starts with checking the premises and making sure everything is in its place. Because we are near the university, there are always students walking by or people looking for the campus. The street can get a bit muddy when it rains, and sometimes the streetlights flicker, but it’s home. I handle most of the work myself or with one other person. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy uniforms. It is just about being here and being helpful to whoever stops by. Palam Vihar is 122017, and it has grown a lot since we first started. Sometimes I sit out front and just talk to the neighbors. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't make big promises, we just do what needs doing every day. If you are looking for us, just find the university first and then head behind it towards Om Vihar. It's a plain place for regular people.
