Subros

Subros is based at House Number 796/23 in Heera Nagar, Gurgaon. We are in the 122001 area of Haryana. Our office is basically a house that we have converted into a workspace. It’s a quiet residential street, which is a nice change from the busy parts of Gurgaon. We have been here for several years and the neighbors are all familiar faces. Inside, we have our desks set up in the different rooms. It’s a bit of an unconventional layout for an office, but it works just fine for us. We don't have any big signs out front. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly involving a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Gurgaon has grown so fast, but our little corner of Heera Nagar feels much the same as it always has. We don't have a fancy lobby or any corporate perks. We just have a kettle for tea and some snacks in the cupboard. We all know what needs to be done, so we just get on with it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just life in this part of the world. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just stay focused on our daily duties and try to be organized. It’s a simple, practical way to run things, and we like it.
