Starting work at Plot No. 5 in Sector-3 is pretty much what we do every morning. IMT Manesar is a busy place, and being right here in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. Most days, you’ll find the team at Fcc India Mfg. Pvt Ltd. just getting on with the manufacturing tasks at hand. It’s a lot of metal, some noise, and plenty of coffee to keep things moving along. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much, which is actually fine by us. There’s something about the industrial atmosphere here that makes sense. People walk in, punch their cards, and start the machines. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to change the world; we just make sure the output is right before the day ends. The walls of the unit have seen a lot of hard work over the years. Some of us have been here since the start, while others are newer, but we all know where the tools go. It gets hot in the summer and the traffic in Manesar can be a bit of a pain, but once you’re inside Plot No. 5, it’s just about the work. We don't spend much time talking about big goals or anything like that. Instead, we look at what needs finishing today and we do it. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we like it.
