We are based in Village Khandsa, which sits right near the 38 Km Stone on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. It is a busy industrial area with lots of trucks moving back and forth all day long. Our work is centered on the auto industry, specifically making various components that go into cars and trucks. The workshop can get a bit messy when we have a lot of raw materials delivered at once. We have been in this village for a good number of years now, and we know most of our neighbors. It is not a high-tech office setup; it is more of a practical, dusty space where we get our hands dirty every single day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generators to kick in, but that is just part of living and working out here. We do not have time for fancy talk or trying to look polished. Most of our day is spent on the factory floor checking the parts as they come off the line. It is a noisy place, filled with the sounds of heavy machinery and people shouting over the din to be heard. We just try to keep the production moving so we can get our orders out on time. The highway location makes it easy for our shipments to start their journey. We have watched this village grow into a major hub while we just kept doing our work.
