We are located right in the Maruti Industrial Area in Gurugram, specifically at plots 9 to 11. Since this is an industrial zone, it is always noisy and busy with trucks and workers everywhere. Our building is a big manufacturing space where we handle a lot of parts. It isn't a quiet office job; there is a lot of movement on the floor and the sound of machines is pretty much constant. Most of us have been working here for quite a while. The area gets really crowded during shift changes when everyone is trying to get in or out of the gates at the same time. We focus on the production side of things. There are stacks of materials and finished parts all over the place. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around talking about things that don't matter. The heat in the summer can be tough in the warehouse areas, but everyone just gets on with it. We have been part of this industrial layout for many years. You can find us easily because we are near the main road that runs through the sector. It is a lot of hard work, but it’s what we do. We just keep the lines running and try to stay on top of the schedule. There is a small area where we eat lunch, and it’s usually full of talk about the local cricket scores or family stuff. It’s just a normal factory life for all of us here.
