Mitsuba Sical India Limited

We spend a lot of time out here on Taru Road in Bilaspur. It’s an industrial spot, so there is always a bit of dust and noise from the trucks moving in and out of the gates. Mitsuba Sical India Limited has been part of this landscape for a while now. Most of the people working here live nearby and they know the rhythm of the shifts. We make parts that go into vehicles, and it’s mostly about keeping the machines running and making sure the floor stays organized. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a factory. We have a cafeteria where everyone grabs tea during the breaks, and that’s where most of the actual talking happens. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in Bilaspur, which makes the work on the floor a bit tougher, but we just get through the day. There is always someone checking the logs or fixing a bit of equipment that decided to act up. It’s just how things go when you are running a production line. We don’t spend much time writing about ourselves because there is usually a delivery waiting or a machine needing attention. The building itself is pretty plain, just a big structure suited for what we do. It’s hard work, but the guys here know their jobs well. We just show up, do the shifts, and head home to our families.
