Our spot is at Plot No. 771 in Udyog Vihar. We deal with fastenings—nuts, bolts, and all the things that hold stuff together. It is a very specific kind of business. The warehouse is usually full of bins and boxes of small parts. You would not think there is that much to say about fasteners, but they are in everything. We spend our days sorting, packing, and shipping these things out to whoever needs them. The office is right there with the storage area, so it is easy to check on stock without walking too far. We are not a flashy company. Udyog Vihar is a busy place, and we are just one of the many units doing our daily grind. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We do not go in for corporate retreats or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit messy, and we have to spend a Saturday organizing, but we get it done. It is practical work. We talk about the sports scores while we pack boxes and try to beat the traffic home in the evening. It is a simple business, really. We just provide the bits and pieces that keep bigger machines running. No more, no less.
