Raghav Leaf Springs

We have been running this shop for quite some time now over on Alwar Road. Our place is right by the bypass in Sona, which means we get a lot of trucks passing through. Working on leaf springs is not a clean job at all. You spend most of the day covered in grease and rust. But these trucks need their suspension fixed or they can't carry their loads properly. We see all kinds of heavy vehicles coming in with a bad lean because a spring has snapped. We have the big hammers and the forge to get things bent back into the right shape. It is noisy because of the traffic on the bypass and the sound of metal hitting metal inside the workshop. We do not have a fancy waiting area or any air conditioning. It is just a practical workspace with tools scattered around where they are needed. The sun gets really hot here in Sona, especially in the afternoons. We try to start as early as we can to get the heavy lifting done before the heat becomes too much to handle. Sometimes a job is easy and we finish quickly, but other times we have to struggle with a stubborn bolt for hours. We keep a good stock of different spring sizes so we can help drivers get back on the road. It is just a normal local business where we work hard and go home tired.
