Our plant is situated at Plot No. 26 in Sector 5, Phase-II. It’s a large industrial patch where everyone is pretty much doing the same thing—trying to stay on schedule. The gates are usually busy with trucks coming and going. We don’t have any fancy signs or shiny showrooms. The building is just a big functional space filled with machinery and parts. We spend most of our hours walking the floor and checking on things. It’s not a glamorous job, and it gets pretty hot in the summer months when the ventilation can't quite keep up. We have a simple lunchroom where everyone sits together, from the managers to the newest helpers. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very strictly. If something breaks, we all pitch in to get it fixed. It’s more about the collective effort than anyone being the boss. We’ve seen other companies come and go in Phase-II, but we’ve managed to stay steady by just keeping our heads down. We don't put out press releases or make big announcements. We just make sure the automotive components are leaving the dock when they’re supposed to. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we know. We’re just a bunch of people doing a job and trying to get through the work week.
