Started in Sector 56, flat 17, it is just a regular place inside Akash Ganga Apartments. We spend a lot of our time here dealing with different drinks and snacks. The elevators are sometimes slow and the lobby is usually crowded. It is not a fancy office at all. Most days it is just us figuring out the next batch of orders on the dining table. Gurgaon is busy so getting stuff in and out takes forever with the traffic. We drink a lot of chai while we work. It is mostly about keeping the lights on and making sure the inventory is okay. Sometimes the balcony gets really dusty because of the construction nearby, but it works for us. We are not trying to change the world, just doing this food and drink thing. My cousin helps out when things get busy. The neighbors know us as the people with all the boxes. We have been here for a bit now and the routine is the same. Wake up, check the stock, talk to a few people, and go home. It is a simple life in 122011. There is a tea stall downstairs that we visit too often. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy. We try to stay organized but it is hard when you are busy. Anyway, that is what is going on at Saude in Gurgaon. It is just work and we like it that way.
