Working out of Udyog Vihar Phase-5 means things are always moving fast. We are located at No. 624 and it’s a busy spot. Every morning there is a line of cars and people heading to work. We’ve been in this building for a while and it has seen better days, but it serves us well. Inside, we have our setup for all the production stuff. It can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at once. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a minute. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a practical space where we can do our work. Being in Phase 5 is good because everything we need is close by. If we run out of supplies, someone can just run out and get them. We know the guards at the gate and the guys at the tea stall across the road. It’s a lot of hard work every day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to finish up. Nobody complains much, we just get on with it. The floor is always covered in scraps and bits of material. We clean up at the end of the day, but it’s back to messy by ten the next morning. It’s just how we operate. We like being part of this industrial hub. It feels like we are actually making something real here every day. It's a grind, but it's ours.
