You can find us at the Vatika Triangle building, which is located in Sushant Lok Phase I, right on the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road. It is a very busy area, and the MG Road is always packed with cars and people going to the metro station. We are based in this large office complex, which means we see hundreds of people every single day. Most of them are just trying to get through their workday, and we are here to provide them with something to eat. We have been in this location for quite a while, and we have seen the skyline of Gurgaon change as more buildings went up around us. We aren't trying to be the most famous restaurant in the city. We just focus on our daily routine of prepping the food and getting ready for the lunch rush. The building itself is modern and made of glass, but inside our space, it is just us working hard. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just do what we have learned works best over the years. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the heat outside, or the delivery bikes get stuck in traffic, but we just keep going. It is a practical business in a fast-paced part of town. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home like everyone else.
