Clematis

Clematis is out in Sector 57 of Gurgaon, specifically in the V-Tighra area. This part of Haryana is always under construction, it seems. There’s always a new building going up or a road being dug up somewhere nearby, so there is usually a bit of dust in the air. Our office is in a spot that feels halfway between the old village and the new high-rise apartments. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road if you aren't driving. We’ve got a basic setup here with some old wooden furniture and a few computers that have seen better days. The power goes out occasionally, which is just part of living in this area, so we have a generator that kicks in with a loud hum. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially with the tractors passing by on the street sometimes. We usually eat lunch together at a big table in the back of the room. There isn't much in terms of decoration on the walls, just some calendars and a few notes pinned up. We’ve been here since 122001 was the zip code people actually started using around here. It’s a functional space where we get our things done without much complaining. The local shops in Tighra sell great tea, so that's a plus for us. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working in a growing part of the city where everything is changing fast.
