Dream Catchers

Our place is at 820 in Sector-21, Gurgaon. It is a bit tucked away from the main noise of the city, which we actually prefer. Dream Catchers has been running from this location for quite a while now. It doesn't look like a typical corporate office; it feels a bit more like a home that has been turned into a workspace. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Inside, it’s just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks. We spend most of our time coordinating different parts of projects and making sure all the small details are covered. It involves a lot of emailing and sitting through long phone calls with suppliers. Being in a residential area like Sector-21 makes for a much calmer atmosphere. We don't get many people just walking in off the street, and we like it that way. Most of the clients we work with are people we have known for a long time. We aren’t interested in trying to look bigger than we actually are. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a big boardroom. We just have our desks and a kettle for making tea. It is a simple, honest way to run things. We focus on the work and let the results speak for themselves. That is just how we operate here, without any of the fancy corporate stuff you see elsewhere.
