Mamta Craft Pvt. Ltd.

At Mamta Craft Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our time at unit 78 in Udyog Vihar Phase IV. It is a standard industrial area, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but we have made it our own over the years. We do a lot of different craft-related production here. Some days are quieter than others, depending on what kind of orders are sitting on the desk. The space is filled with materials and tools, and it can look a bit cluttered if you aren't used to it. But we know where everything is. Being in Phase IV means we are around a lot of other companies, which is fine. We usually just stick to our own business. The morning commute into Udyog Vihar can be a bit slow, so we try to get an early start to beat the worst of it. It’s a workplace where things get dirty and hands get used. We don’t have much in the way of a front office or a waiting room because people rarely just stop by. Most of our work is done in the back where the actual making happens. It is a lot of manual coordination and making sure the supplies don't run out. We have had some of the same people working here for years. We just keep our heads down and try to stay productive until the sun goes down. It's a living and we do it well enough to keep going. That is all we really want.
