Lucia Bar And Lounge

We are located on the ground floor of the MGF Metropolitan Mall on M G Road in Gurgaon. It’s right across from the City Center, so there is always something happening outside. Being in a mall means we have to follow the mall hours, but it also means we get a lot of people who are just tired of shopping and want to sit down for a bit. The vibe is a bit more relaxed than the busy street outside. We have the bar and the lounge area set up with some comfortable seating. It’s not a huge place, but we made the most of the ground floor units we have. M G Road is usually jammed with cars, especially in the evenings, so we see people coming in to wait out the traffic before they drive home. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the Gurgaon area well. We don't use much of that corporate language you hear in the big chains; we just run the place like a regular business. There’s music playing usually, but we try not to make it too loud so people can actually talk. We spend our mornings checking the stock and cleaning the glass before the mall opens its doors. It is a straightforward job, keeping the lounge ready for the evening crowd. Sometimes the mall air conditioning is too cold, so we have to adjust. It’s just how we spend our days.
