We are out in IMT Bawal at plots 21, 22, and 23 in Sector 5. If you’ve ever been to this part of Haryana, you know it’s a big industrial area with a lot of dust and trucks everywhere. Our place isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, just a functional space where we get our work done. We’ve been here for a while, and the team is mostly local people who know the area well. It gets really hot in the summer months, and the commute can be a bit of a grind depending on where everyone is coming from. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or polished ways of speaking. We just focus on production and making sure the orders are filled correctly. There’s always the sound of machinery or something being moved around in the background. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing talk. We just show up, do the shift, and try to keep things running smoothly. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly, which is just part of being in an industrial zone. It’s a practical environment. We know our neighbors in the other plots, and we all just try to get through the day's tasks. There’s no big mystery to what we do here; it’s just manufacturing and logistics in a very busy industrial township.
