R K Pan Corner

I have been running R K Pan Corner at D1-17 in DLF City Phase I for some time now. It’s a small corner spot, nothing like the big malls nearby. I usually open up early and stay late until the last few people head home. We have the usual stuff you’d expect at a pan shop. It's a busy corner, lots of cars moving through Phase I all day long. I see the same faces every morning when people are heading to work. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us behind the counter making sure things are stocked. The shelves are mostly filled with snacks and the things people need in a hurry. I try to keep the area clean, but with the wind blowing through the street, it's a constant job. It’s a simple setup we have here. No fancy decorations or anything, just a practical place for the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains, but we stay open. People know they can find us right here at D1-17. It’s not a complicated business, just a lot of hours standing and talking to neighbors. I’ve lived around here for years, so it felt right to open this shop in DLF.
