Primo Foods Pvt. Ltd is located out at Plot No. 274 in Sector 6 of IMT Manesar. If you know the area, you know it is mostly factories and warehouses stretched out as far as you can see. Getting here usually involves a long commute for a lot of us, but the space we have in Manesar works for what we do. Our building is a standard industrial structure. Inside, it is mostly about the production lines and getting things packed up properly. There are no big signs or flashy entrances. We keep the floor clean and the machines running as much as possible. It gets quite noisy during peak hours, which is normal for this sector. Some of the guys have been with us since we first set up here. We take breaks in the small canteen area and talk about whatever is on the news. It is a simple operation. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy office furniture. Most of the budget goes into the equipment and the raw materials we need. The weather out in Manesar can be harsh, very dry and dusty, so keeping the dust out of the facility is a constant job. We deal with the power cuts and the water tankers like every other business in Sector 6. It is just the reality of working in an industrial township. We focus on the orders and making sure the trucks are loaded on time.
