Pepsico India Holdings Private Limited

Our office is in DLF Phase II in Gurgaon, right across from Sahara Mall. Being in P2 10 means we are in one of the busier parts of the city. You can see the mall from our windows, and the traffic on the main road is constant. Even though we are part of Pepsico India Holdings, our daily life is quite grounded. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The office is not as quiet as you might think because Gurgaon is always full of noise from the metro and the cars. We have been here for a while and have seen how much the area has changed around us. It used to be much emptier, but now it is packed. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and eat lunch. Sometimes we bring food from home and share it. We do not have those big motivational posters or anything. Just some calendars and some notes tacked to the walls. We are just a bunch of people trying to keep everything running smoothly. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, and other days we have a bit more time to chat about what is going on in our lives. We do not try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It is a solid place to work, and we like being near the mall because it is easy to run errands.
