Parrav Foods is based at House No. 920 in Sector 10A of Gurgaon. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve set up our small food business here and it's been a journey. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine of checking orders and talking to our delivery guys. We don’t have a fancy storefront with neon signs. It’s just a regular house where we do our work. We started as a private limited company to keep everything legal and proper, but we aren't a big corporation. It’s just a few of us. We focus on local food stuff and try to stay organized. Some days are better than others, like when the supplies arrive on time and the weather isn't too hot. Sector 10A is a good place to be because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Haryana, just a reliable one that does its job without any fuss. We spend our money on better ingredients rather than fancy offices. It’s just a simple, honest setup. We appreciate the people who buy from us and we just keep trying to do things better every week. At House No. 920, the garage is where most of the activity happens. Parrav Foods isn't a name you'll see on billboards, but the local shopkeepers know us. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the supply chain doesn't break. Gurgaon is expensive, so running things from Sector 10A helps us keep the costs down. Sometimes we sit on the porch to discuss the next day's schedule. It’s very much a family-style business. We don't have a polished story. We just started this because we knew a bit about food. It's been a lot of work but it's okay.
