Omos Foodtruck

You can find us over at Sector 29 on Leisure Valley Road in Gurgaon. We are usually parked near the Westin, which is a big landmark around here. Omos Foodtruck is basically what it sounds like. We work out of a truck, which means things are pretty tight inside. It gets hot in the summer and a bit cramped, but we make it work. Leisure Valley is a good spot because there are always people walking around or going to the park. We spend a lot of time making sure the engine runs and the kitchen gear is working right. Being in 122001 means we see a lot of office workers and families out for a stroll. We don't have a permanent building, just our four wheels and the road. It’s a different way to run a business. We have to pack everything up every night and set it all back up the next day. It is a lot of heavy lifting and prep work before we even open the window. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, but we try to be there when we can. It is just us serving food from a window near the Westin. No big corporate backing, just a truck and some simple cooking equipment. We like the vibe of the street and the people we meet every day. It is a simple life on the road.
