Nivasat Foods Private Limited

Nivasat Foods is currently running out of Sikhohpur in Manesar. We use the space at Kapil’s place, who is the son of Dharam Singh. It’s a very local setup, nothing like those big industrial plants you see on the highway. We are just getting things moving with the food business. Manesar is changing fast, but our corner is still pretty simple. We spend most of our time figuring out the best way to get our products to the local markets. It’s a private limited company, but since we are small, we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be doing accounts, and the next day I’m helping load a truck. There’s no strict hierarchy here. We just want to make sure the food we are handling is good and people are happy with it. It’s not always easy, especially when the power goes out or when we can't find the right supplies nearby. But being in Gurugram district helps because things are connected. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website with lots of photos. We just have this address and our name. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way for now. Just plain, simple work. Being at Kapil’s place makes things very informal. People just walk in sometimes to ask what we are doing. We tell them we handle food products. Most of the time we are just busy sorting through inventory or talking to the transport guys. The weather in Manesar can be tough, especially the dust storms, but we just shut the doors and keep working. Sometimes the paperwork for being a private limited company feels like too much for such a small team. It’s a lot of long hours and not much sleep. But seeing the products go out makes it feel worth it. We're just a local group trying to make a go of it.
