Minda Corporate

We are over at House Number 163 in Sector 4, Urban Estate, Gurgaon. This is an older part of the city, so it doesn't feel as frantic as the new cyber hubs. Being in a house makes the office feel a bit more relaxed, almost like a home. We have different rooms for different parts of the company. It’s in Haryana, so the summers are really something else. We spend a lot of time making sure the fans and units are working so nobody melts. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays pretty quiet during the day, which we like. It helps us get through the corporate paperwork and the coordination we have to do. We don't have a big sign outside that lights up at night. It’s just a regular house where a bunch of us come to work every morning. Most of us live nearby or have a short commute, which is a blessing in a place like Gurgaon. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the main room. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few old photos. We’ve been here for a while and the routine works for everyone. We handle the business matters steadily. It’s a very practical way to run things, without any extra polish that isn't needed for the job.
