We are based at 800, Phase-V in Udyog Vihar. Kanegrade Flavours & Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Udyog Vihar is always busy, with people rushing around and trucks making deliveries at all hours. Our building is just one of many in this phase. Inside, we keep things organized as best as we can. We deal with various ingredients and flavorings, so there are always different scents in the air. Some days it’s sweet, other days it’s a bit sharper. We have a small warehouse area and a section for the office work. The office is usually cluttered with samples and paperwork. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. We are a practical team. We don't go in for big meetings or long presentations. Most of the time, we are just checking inventory or talking to suppliers. It’s the kind of place where you learn something new every day about how things are made. The hours can be long when we have a big shipment going out, but we just get it done. It’s a hardworking environment, and we like the pace. It’s not a flashy corporate office, just a real place where work happens. We’ve stayed here because it’s central for our logistics and it feels right.
