Adda By Striker

Adda By Striker is on the first floor of SCO-24 in Sector 29. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy this sector gets in the evenings. We are tucked right behind Leisure Valley Park, so sometimes you can hear the sounds from the events there if the wind is blowing the right way. The walk up the stairs is a bit narrow. We’ve got some tables and chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough for a few hours of hanging out. The lighting is low because that’s just how the building is set up. We don't have a big corporate team running things; it is mostly just a handful of us making sure the drinks and food get to the tables on time. Sometimes the music is a little loud, and sometimes it's quiet, depending on who is working the controls that day. The 122002 area is full of places like ours, but we just try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything. People come in after work, still in their office clothes, and just want to sit down for a bit. It’s a practical space for people who live and work in Gurgaon. The air conditioning works most of the time, but on the really hot days, it struggles a bit. We just keep the place open late for whoever needs a break.
