Bronx The Brew Bar

You can find us at SCO-38 in Sector 29, Gurgaon. This area is pretty famous for having a lot of places to eat and drink, and we are right there in the mix. We are located near Leisure Valley Park, which is a nice bit of green in the middle of all the concrete and office buildings. Bronx The Brew Bar is a place where we make our own beer. It is a lot of work looking after the brewing equipment and making sure everything is fermenting the way it should. Sector 29 gets really busy, especially on the weekends when people from all over Gurgaon and Delhi come out. We are just one of the buildings in the row of SCOs. Our staff is mostly just local people who know the area well. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just open the doors, check the taps, and wait for people to show up. The park nearby means we get some people who have been out for a walk or attending an event at Leisure Valley. It is a high-energy spot, but we try to keep things grounded. We are just a brew bar trying to do things right in a very competitive part of town. Every day is a bit of a rush, but we have been at SCO-38 long enough to know the routine. It is a practical business for us.
