Costa Coffee, (Mnc)

Our shop is right in the middle of the DLF-9B building. Being a Costa Coffee inside a big MNC hub means we see the same people every morning. It is a lot of coffee beans and steaming milk from the time we open until the sun goes down. The building is large and gray, so we try to keep our corner looking okay. We have the usual grinders and the smell of roasted coffee is everywhere. It gets really loud around eleven in the morning when everyone takes their break. We just stand behind the counter and take orders as fast as we can. Sometimes we run out of specific syrups or the milk delivery is late because of traffic, but we manage. Most of the people working in the offices nearby are in a hurry, so we don't talk much, just hand over the cups. We are just a small crew here. We clean the tables when it gets quiet in the afternoon. The lights in the building stay on late, so some of us stay until the last shift is over. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we like the routine. The machines need a lot of cleaning at night. We don't have much space, just enough for the counter and a few chairs for people to wait. It is a simple setup for a busy office crowd.
