Our lab is located at Plot No 254 in Sector 6, out in Manesar. If you have been to this part of town, you know it is mostly factories and big industrial buildings. We fit right in with that. Kamal Enviro Food Lab Pvt Ltd isn't a place with a shiny lobby or a lot of decorations. It is a working lab through and through. We have benches with equipment, testing kits, and lots of vials. Our days are spent checking food samples to make sure they meet the standards. It is a lot of repetitive work, to be honest. We look for stuff like contaminants or just check the basic ingredients. The staff here is mostly focused on their work, so it stays pretty quiet except for the sound of the machines. We get samples from all over, and each one has to be logged and processed carefully. It is not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it is important for the local food supply. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices. We are just here in Manesar doing our part. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We have been at this plot for a few years and have a routine that works for us. It is just a regular group of people doing a technical job every day without any fuss.
