Jay Ushin Ltd is based over in Sector 18, right in the HSIDC Industrial Estate 14 area near Golf Course Road. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon where there is always something going on. Our daily routine is mostly tied to the industrial schedule of the estate. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes because of all the heavy vehicles passing through, but it’s where we need to be. We have a decent sized space here to manage everything. It’s not like the fancy offices you see further down Golf Course Road with all the glass and mirrors. Ours is more about the work being done on the floor. People arrive early in the morning, and there is usually a lot of noise from the machinery and the loading docks. We focus on getting our parts and products out the door on time. The atmosphere is pretty straightforward. Everyone has their job to do, whether it’s on the line or handling the paperwork in the office area. During lunch breaks, you’ll see staff sitting outside or heading to the small stalls nearby for a quick bite. It’s an honest day’s work in a very practical setting. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years with new buildings popping up, but the industrial estate stays pretty much the same. It’s a lot of metal, concrete, and hard work every day of the week.
