Jay Ushin Ltd

The HSIDC Industrial Estate in Sector 18 is a massive place and finding Plot 14 can be a bit tricky if you are not used to these roads. Jay Ushin Ltd is tucked away in this busy area near Golf Course Road. It is a lot of concrete and metal around here. The sound of machines is pretty much the background noise of our lives. We have people coming in for different shifts and the parking area is always full of motorcycles and bicycles. Inside the facility, things are kept moving along a schedule. There is a lot of dust from the nearby construction and the trucks that rumble past all day long. We have a small area where we take our tea breaks and talk about whatever is on the news. The walls are painted a plain grey and there are signs everywhere about safety and where things should go. It is a very practical environment. We don't have many visitors other than delivery drivers or people coming for meetings. The air always has that faint smell of oil and metal which you get used to after a couple of days. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It is hard work but it is what we do. When the sun goes down, the lights in the estate stay on because the work never really stops in this part of town.
