Handicrafts & Textiles Internationsl

We operate out of Apartment 504 in Pearl Court I, which is part of the Essel Towers in Gurgaon. It’s a well-known spot on the MG Road, so it’s easy to find. We’ve been here for a few years now, dealing with all the textiles and handicrafts stuff from this home office. It’s a bit different from a warehouse or a factory, but it works for the management side of the business. We have samples tucked away in the closets and folders spread out on the dining table most days. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, and being in a high-rise like this means we’re right in the middle of it, but it’s also quiet enough to actually get work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on shipments. It’s not a glamorous setup, even if the building is nice. We mostly just drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the inventory lists updated. Sometimes we have to go down to the basement to check on the larger boxes we have stored. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are busy, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t really have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on the people we’ve known for years and the fabrics we source. It’s a small, family-style operation at the end of the day and we like it that way.
