Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd.

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. is based out of the Universal Trade Tower on the 3rd Floor. That is right on the Gurgaon-Sohna Road in Sector 49. The commute on Sohna Road can be a real headache some days with all the construction and the trucks. Once you get inside the tower it is a bit quieter but our office is still a pretty active place. We have a lot of people moving in and out because of the soya business. It’s a big building so sometimes people get lost looking for the 3rd floor but once you find us it’s just a regular workspace. We have computers and a lot of ringing phones and people drinking coffee in the small break area. Gurugram is a fast place to work and we definitely feel that energy every day. The windows look out over the road and you can see the traffic crawling along while we work on the accounts and the distribution logs. We don't really have a lot of wall art or anything like that because we are more focused on getting the shipments sorted out. It’s a practical office for a busy industry. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on and you can see the lights from the other towers in Haryana. It’s just our daily life here trying to keep everything organized and moving forward in the trade tower.
