Our office is up on the third floor of Building 10, over in Tower C at DLF Cyber City Phase-2. It’s a busy place to be, that’s for sure. If you’ve ever been to this part of Gurgaon, you know how it is with the glass buildings and the constant movement of people. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time, handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a business like Gates India. It’s a lot of desk work, meetings, and coordinating things over the phone or email. The view from the third floor isn't too bad, though we’re mostly focused on what’s on our screens. Getting into the office in the morning can be a bit of a trek with the traffic around Cyber City, but once you’re in, it’s a steady pace. We deal with various industrial products and parts, making sure everything gets where it needs to go. It isn't always exciting, but it's the kind of work that keeps the bigger wheels turning. We have a decent team here. We mostly just stick to our tasks and try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s always someone coming or going, either for a quick chat or a planned meeting. It’s a professional atmosphere but we try to keep things grounded. No one here is trying to reinvent the wheel, we just want to do our jobs properly and get home on time.
