Foodolous Food Private Limited

We've got our space at Ardee City in Sector-52. Specifically, we're on the first floor of Platinum Floors, number C-1/74. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part, though things can pick up in the evenings. Foodolous Food Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of prep work here. The kitchen area takes up most of the floor. It’s a bit cramped when all of us are in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces and checking the fridge temperatures. Sector-52 is a good location because it's easy to get to other parts of the city from here. We aren't doing anything fancy or high-tech. It’s just a lot of cooking, packing, and making sure the labels are on straight. Sometimes we forget to order enough tape and have to run out to the local shop. It’s those little things that keep the day interesting. We try to stay focused on what we’re making. The first floor gets a nice breeze if we leave the windows open, which helps when the stoves are all going. Most of us have been working together for a bit, so we have a rhythm. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. We take pride in just being a local business that shows up every day. The coffee machine broke last week so we have been making do with the kettle.
