Ess Aar Precise Components

Ess Aar Precise Components is situated at Khasra No.507, which is right across from the Government Primary School near Sector-9 in Village Basai. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you have the school noise on one side and our machine noise on the other. We make small, precise parts that go into larger machines. It’s meticulous work. You have to be patient when you are setting up the lathes or the milling machines. If you rush, you just end up wasting material. The village has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more buildings now and the roads stay busier. We have a small group of workers who live nearby, which makes things easier. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with other local businesses. Our workspace is functional. We keep the floor swept, but there's always a bit of oil or metal shavings around by the end of the shift. That’s just part of the job. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait it out, which is frustrating but part of life here. We just focus on making sure the components meet the specs we were given. It’s a simple business built on doing the same thing well every day. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just do it.
