We started Ehsaas Food And Beverages Private Limited because we wanted to do something with food right here in Gurgaon. Our place is over at 562/5/ Dsv, and it’s usually pretty busy around here. Some days are quieter than others, but that is just how it goes when you are running a small company. We spend a lot of time figuring out the drink recipes and making sure the food tastes okay before it goes out. It is not always easy working in the heat, especially during the summer months in 122001, but we keep at it. Most of the staff live nearby, so we just walk or take a quick ride to get to work. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a regular setup where we get things done every day. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the power goes out, which can be a real headache. But we deal with it and move on to the next task. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the neighbors know us by now. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure the kitchen stays clean. It’s hard work, and by the end of the shift, we are usually pretty tired. But tomorrow is another day, and we will be back at the Dsv address again to start over.
