Charcoal Grill & Bar

We are located on the 1st floor of the Metropolitan Mall in DLF-II. Being right on M.G. Road means there is always something going on around us. This is a big mall in Gurgaon, so we get people coming in after they finish their shopping or before they head home. We have a grill and a bar area set up inside the space. It is not the biggest place in the mall, but we have enough room for a decent crowd to sit. The 122001 area is pretty fast-paced, and we try to keep up with that every day. We have a few bartenders and servers who have been with us for a bit. It gets quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights when people are out for the weekend. We do not spend much on fancy ads or anything like that. Most of our customers just walk in because they are already in the mall doing other things. The furniture is a bit worn in some spots, but it is comfortable enough for a meal. We keep the lights a bit dim to give the place a certain feel in the evenings. It is a standard mall spot, nothing too experimental. We just open up every morning and stay until the mall closes at night. It is a lot of routine work, but we enjoy the busy shifts.
