Citrine Food & Beverages Private Limited is our small business based in Sector 46. We are located at A-500, which is a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own in the food industry. It’s not a large operation by any means. Most of the work happens in our kitchen area where we prepare various items. Sometimes it feels like we’re tripping over each other because the space is a bit tight. We don't have a fancy reception or a big sign outside. It’s more of a practical workspace for us. We spend a lot of time sourcing ingredients and figuring out the logistics of getting things delivered. There are days when everything goes smoothly and other days when the fridge breaks down or a delivery is late. That’s just the reality of running a small food business. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation. We just want to make decent food and drinks for the people who order from us. Our team is small, just a few friends and family members helping out. We’ve lived in this part of Gurgaon for years, so it made sense to set up shop here. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day. No big fancy plans here, just cooking.
