Chakki Fresh

Chakki Fresh is located over in Arjun Nagar, specifically down Gali No. 9. If you know the Madan Puri area at all, you know it gets pretty busy with people moving around all day. We are at number 744, which is just a normal building where we handle the daily work. Most mornings start early here because that is when the air is still a bit cool before the afternoon heat kicks in. The machines make a lot of noise, and there is usually a fine layer of white dust on the floor by lunch time. It is not a quiet place, but it is home for us. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running and making sure the bags are stacked right so they don't tip over. The street outside is narrow, so when a delivery comes, everything kind of stops for a minute. Neighbors walk by and wave through the open door while we are working. It is just a regular local spot where we do what needs doing every single day. There are no fancy signs or big glass windows here, just the heavy metal shutters and the sound of the grinder going. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished before the sun goes down and the street gets quiet again.
