You’ll find us over at DLF City Phase III, specifically at number 9. Bagels Cafe is a small operation, really just a narrow storefront with a few stools along the window. We spend a lot of our time standing behind the counter dealing with the toaster and the coffee machine. The morning rush can be a bit of a blur, with people grabbing something on their way to work. It’s usually a bit quieter in the late afternoon when the sun hits the front window and makes the whole place feel very warm. We have a small fridge that hums a bit too loudly, and the floorboards near the door creak every time someone walks in. We don't have a massive menu because the space is too small for a big kitchen. We just focus on the basics and making sure things are fresh for the day. Being in Phase III means we get a lot of younger people and office workers from the nearby buildings. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have become part of the daily routine for a lot of folks. There isn't much in the way of fancy decor—just some basic shelves and a clock that’s always five minutes fast. We don’t really mind the imperfections. It’s just a local cafe where we show up every morning, brew some coffee, and watch the world go by through the glass.
