Autodecor Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 91 in Sector 3. We are located in IMT Manesar, which is a big hub for this kind of work. We deal with car parts and accessories. The workshop is usually full of the sound of machines and the smell of plastic or metal. It’s a busy place with people moving around all day. We aren't a showroom; we are more of a production unit where things get made. Most of the people working here have been in the automotive line for a long time and know their stuff. We have a lot of tools and equipment scattered around, but we know where everything is kept. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s a working factory. We spend our days making sure the parts are right before they get shipped out to the big car companies or dealers. Manesar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the long commute for many of us, but we’ve made a home here. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we handle the invoices and talk to our suppliers. It’s mostly just hard work and getting our hands dirty on the floor. We don't have time for fancy meetings. We just look at the orders and get to work. It’s been a few years now at this plot, and we’ve gotten used to the industrial rhythm.
