WAi YU MUN CHiNG is our place on the 3rd floor of the DT Mega Mall in Gurgaon. We are near Sikanderpur and just behind the Bristol Hotel. Being in a mall is quite different from having a shop on the street. It’s all about the mall crowds and people looking for a meal after seeing a movie or shopping. We aren't some massive international food corporation. We're just a team of people who like making this kind of food for the Gurgaon crowd. The 3rd floor gets quite a bit of foot traffic, especially on the weekends when families are out. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running smoothly in a mall environment because the hours are long. We don't have a polished corporate office. Most of our time is spent right here in the kitchen or at the front counter. We focus on getting the food out fast because people in Gurgaon are usually in a bit of a rush. The mall atmosphere is always buzzing, and we’ve become a part of that daily rhythm. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff. We just focus on the recipes we've been using since we opened. It’s a practical operation. We deal with the same issues any mall business does, like deliveries and busy holiday seasons. We’re just happy to be a reliable choice for anyone hanging out at DT Mega Mall.
