Balaji Veg Paradise

Our place is in the lower ground floor of the Sushant Shopping Arcade, specifically at H-14. It is in Sushant Lok Phase 1, which is a busy part of Gurgaon, not too far from the HUDA City Centre metro station. Being in the basement or lower ground means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice in the summer. It’s a veg-only spot, and we keep it that way. The mall environment is a bit different from a street shop, but we still keep things very simple inside. We have some tables and chairs and a small counter where you pay. It isn't a huge space, so it can feel a bit cozy when there are more than a few groups eating. We get a lot of office workers coming in for lunch because they want something quick and vegetarian. We don't do much advertising; most people just walk in because they are shopping in the arcade. The lighting is a bit dim because of the location, but we have enough lamps. We mostly just try to get the food ready and make sure the plates are clean. Sometimes the stock boxes are visible in the corner if we just got a delivery. It's just a regular local eatery. We don't bother with fancy menus or expensive plates. It is all very basic and functional.
