21 Gun Salute

21 Gun Salute is our restaurant located in Sector 29, Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know that Sector 29 is where most people go when they want to eat or hang out. It’s a very modern part of the city, but we try to keep our place feeling grounded. We’ve been here in the 122001 area for some time now. The street is always full of cars and people, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We have a lot of space inside, which is good because it gets quite packed. Our team works hard to keep up with the pace of Gurgaon. It’s a fast city and people expect things to happen quickly. We don’t really go for all that corporate talk; we just focus on the daily tasks. There is always something to fix or a new batch of ingredients to check. We get all kinds of people coming through our doors, from office workers to people visiting from other cities. Running a restaurant in Sector 29 isn't always easy because there is so much competition, but we just stay focused on our own tables. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open up, serve the food, and do it all again the next day. It’s a busy life but it’s what we do here in Gurgaon. Sometimes it is loud and messy, but that is part of the fun.
