If you head up to the 2nd floor of Ansal Plaza in Palam Vihar, you will find us there. It is right on the Main Road in Gurgaon, so the mall is usually full of people on the weekends. We have been operating here for some time now. Our spot is pretty simple. We mostly see families who are out doing their shopping or office workers coming in for a quick bite during their lunch break. The address is 122017 if you are looking it up. Being in Palam Vihar means we get a lot of regulars who live in the houses nearby. The mall has its own pace, sometimes it is quiet on a Tuesday morning and then it gets really loud by Friday night. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the tables are wiped down. The second floor has a few other shops too, but people usually know where to find us once they get off the elevator. It is not a very big place, just enough room for a few tables and the kitchen area. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us here every day making sure the food goes out. We like being part of the Palam Vihar community because people are generally friendly around here and it feels like a nice neighborhood to work in every day.
