Big Wong

Big Wong is located at Shop No SF-55 in DLF City Phase IV, Gurgaon. We are on the second floor of the building on the Main Phase 4 Road. It’s a busy area, especially being so close to Super Mart 1 and the Galleria Market. If you know Gurgaon, you know how crowded these streets can get in the evenings. Our shop is a bit of a getaway from that rush. We focus on Asian flavors, but we don't make a big deal about it. The kitchen is compact but we manage to get everything done. Many of our regulars come from the nearby offices or the apartments in DLF. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need. We use simple ingredients and just try to make food that tastes like it should. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside because people like to eat at home too. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us and the chefs. The Galleria area has a lot of energy, and we like being part of that. We keep our heads down and work. It is a straightforward job for us, making sure the orders are right and the food goes out hot. We just keep cooking until the last order is done.
