Ansh Fauji Dhaba

We've been running Ansh Fauji Dhaba here in Sector-57 for a while now. Most people find us near Vijay Tighra when they're driving through Gurgaon. It's just a simple place where we cook and serve food every day. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. The chairs are basic and the tables are kept clean enough for a quick meal. People stop by when they are hungry and want something that tastes like home cooking. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in order before the lunch crowd starts coming in. It gets quite busy sometimes, especially in the evenings when workers are heading back home. We just do what we know how to do. The location in Gurgaon - 122001 makes it easy for folks around here to drop in. There isn't much to say about us besides that we are just a local spot. We keep the stove going and make sure there is enough food for whoever walks through the door. Some days are slower than others, but that is just how it goes with a dhaba. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s a plain setup, really. Just a kitchen, some seating, and the usual routine of serving whoever comes by. You can find us right there at Sector-57. We just keep doing our work every day. It is simple but it works. We are here.
